Responsibilities
- Develop and lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Create immersive scenario planning frameworks using AI-powered predictive modeling tools
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on 2026 readiness strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Lead the development of proprietary 2026 Impact Assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or advanced innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing future-state scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI-driven predictive analytics and scenario planning tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to executive audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term technological or societal trends
