Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology trend forecasts across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders on disruptive market shifts
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning our company as an industry visionary
- Design innovation pipelines integrating emerging technologies with commercial applications
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Monitor global policy/regulatory impacts on emerging tech adoption
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and future-focused industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future strategy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
