Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Present complex foresight insights to executive audiences through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Manage cross-functional research teams and external partnerships with academic institutions
- Design and deliver innovative workshops on future trends for client leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on disruptive technologies
- Integrate foresight methodologies into client product development and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future scenarios for major organizations
- Expertise in technology forecasting, trend analysis, and systemic change modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Sociology, or related field
- Experience managing high-performing research teams and external partnerships
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
