Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026+ trend reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into client innovation pipelines
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technology adoption curves
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry forums
- Maintain proprietary horizon-scanning database with predictive analytics
- Guide product development lifecycle through emerging tech validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (2018-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
