Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and quantifying emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Design and implement innovation incubators for future-facing business models
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight practice
- Integrate foresight metrics into corporate KPIs and strategic roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in technology convergence analysis and societal impact assessment
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (journal articles, books)
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their business implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology (e.g., from APF)
