Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-cultural shifts to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead multi-disciplinary innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product development teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership content on future technology impacts
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and research consortia
- Develop scenario-planning models for global market disruptions and opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and uncertainty
