Responsibilities

- Identify and validate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market disruption potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight practice
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $1B+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI
