Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026-2030 technological convergence across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Produce monthly horizon-scanning reports identifying paradigm shifts in human augmentation and decentralized governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous systems using our proprietary Resilience Matrix framework
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior futurists through our Temporal Thinking certification program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Complexity Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Published work in Technological Forecasting & Social Change or peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations and agent-based modeling
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and post-human ethics
- Proficiency in Python for predictive analytics and Tableau for trend visualization
- Previous experience advising Fortune 100 companies on 10-year transformation
- Security clearance preferred for classified innovation partnerships
