Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (tech, climate, geopolitics) to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author executive reports with predictive models and scenario simulations
- Advain on emerging technologies' market disruption potential
- Build AI-driven trend forecasting systems using NLP and predictive analytics
- Present findings to C-suite with compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal shifts
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic planning
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) required
