Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, roadmaps, and innovation playbooks
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Lead executive workshops and thought leadership initiatives to build organizational future-readiness capabilities
- Monitor global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech) and assess competitive implications
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, AR/VR, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting) and analytical frameworks
