Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for enterprise clients navigating digital transformation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with CTOs, VPs of Product, and research scientists
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex trend analysis into executable product roadmaps and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks (5-10 year horizons)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
