Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech evolution, climate resilience) and their impact on business ecosystems
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation labs to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces) into product roadmaps
- Present future intelligence to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and external innovation partners

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
