Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Drive the integration of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology into enterprise innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with proven impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-proof business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation initiatives
