- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present future-focused insights to global stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight outputs into executable business strategies
- Guide R&D teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight practitioners)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and futures mapping projects
