- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite on AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Build competitive intelligence systems monitoring global innovation hotspots and regulatory shifts
- Design predictive models for market disruption in key verticals (healthcare, energy, logistics)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions using emerging technologies
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members at quarterly innovation summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, weak signal detection)
- Proven track record translating trends into commercial strategy (portfolio of 5+ implemented initiatives)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., AC foresight) or strategic innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in industry journals (e.g., HBR, MIT Sloan)
