Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and investment priorities across our $2B portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 2026 strategic scenarios using predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term business strategy
- Build and maintain expert networks with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present strategic foresight to board members and external stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend mapping
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEPVL)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives implemented based on future analysis
