Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports covering AI, climate tech, and biotechnology disruptions
- Lead client workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Build quantitative forecasting models using proprietary AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers and data scientists
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications (MIT Tech Review, WIRED)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership in technology or sustainability domains
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategies
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
