Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, responsive interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Implement and advocate for testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing (Jest, Cypress, RTL).
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js, including advanced knowledge of Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., Styled-components, Emotion) or modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready applications with a focus on accessibility and responsive design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
