Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of high-traffic weekend features and maintenance releases.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers on the weekend squad to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for peak weekend traffic volumes.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and user stories.
- Ensure strict adherence to CI/CD pipelines and deployment schedules.
- Identify and resolve complex technical bottlenecks that arise during system maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of working in agile environments and delivering projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously during weekend shifts.
- US Citizenship or valid work authorization is required.
