Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of the 2026 Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across global nodes.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team, including code reviews and architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in high-throughput environments.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including containerization and edge computing frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing for performance and cost efficiency.
