Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social networking, and direct outreach) to identify passive candidates for complex technical roles.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from defining job requirements and screening candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Candidate Experience: Create a world-class candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining a professional, engaging relationship throughout the process.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to understand technical nuances and cultural fit, ensuring we hire the right talent.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to advise the leadership team on recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent hiring flow and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of closing senior-level engineering roles (SaaS, Fintech, or AI preferred).
- Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, full-stack technologies, and data science concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and pivot strategies quickly based on market feedback.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
