Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, economics, and sociology to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models using quantitative forecasting and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and market disruptions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
