Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business strategists to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech or business innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
