Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly scenario-placing reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology investments with future market demands
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track emerging technologies
- Design and implement risk-mitigation strategies for anticipated industry disruptions
- Present future-vision narratives to investors, clients, and public forums
- Maintain the Innovation Radar dashboard tracking 200+ emerging indicators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotechnology, and AI convergence trends
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
