Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Manage and resolve incoming service tickets with a focus on rapid response times and first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates during off-peak hours.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure staff proficiency with new software deployments.
- Monitor system performance metrics and report anomalies to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus but not required.
