Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets efficiently during weekend operations.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of hardware and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless continuity of IT services.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required.
