Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during weekend and night shifts.
- Monitor server performance, network traffic, and system logs to ensure maximum uptime and security.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
- Respond to help desk tickets and service requests with a focus on rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Document all technical procedures, incident reports, and change logs accurately.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team to escalate and resolve critical technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or network administration (1-2 years minimum).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts and night shifts as scheduled.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
