Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 90% CSAT, <180s AHT, <5% abandonment rate
- Document interactions accurately in real-time
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain product knowledge through weekly training modules
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid CA driver's license (if field visits required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Fluent in English; Spanish bilinguals highly valued
