- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries across billing, technical support, and service channels
- Update CRM systems accurately while maintaining strict data compliance

- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)

Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
