Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation and call records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote positions
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
