Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 95% CSAT, <30s AHT, <15% abandonment
- Document interactions accurately in real-time
- Collaborate with supervisors for complex issue escalation
- Participate in quarterly upskilling sessions
- Maintain 99% attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with Windows OS and multitasking
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Available for evening/weekend shifts as needed
