Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues on first contact
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with support teams for complex issue escalation
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk a plus)
- Type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid CA driver's license (for occasional off-site events)
