Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage high-volume chat interactions. You will be responsible for diagnosing customer issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Manage Real-Time Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via live chat channels with a focus on speed, accuracy, and a positive tone.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve common technical problems or account inquiries using established knowledge bases.
- Document Interactions: Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system to maintain detailed records.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that align with customer needs.
- Adhere to SLAs: Maintain a high response time and resolution rate to meet Service Level Agreement targets.
- Stay Updated: Continuously learn about new products, updates, and company policies to provide the best service.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills; ability to convey complex information simply.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or chat support is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a stable internet connection, a computer, and a quiet workspace.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40-50 words per minute.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Problem Solving: Critical thinking skills to resolve issues without escalating unnecessarily.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week, including weekends or holidays as needed.
