Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on empathy and problem resolution.

- Escalate complex issues to senior management while ensuring the customer feels heard.
- Meet daily and monthly performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
