Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats from Sacramento-area customers
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Update customer records in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with local partners to address community-specific needs and concerns
- Maintain performance metrics including CSAT and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training to master Sacramento-specific service protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (remote preferred)
