Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on high satisfaction ratings.
- Process orders, account changes, and service requests accurately.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
