Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to customers via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote and on-site clients.
- Manage and maintain ticket queues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex technical escalations promptly.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Conduct basic system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a technical support or helpdesk role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (Nashville/Remote).
