Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server health and network performance during weekend shifts.
- Perform scheduled patching, updates, and system backups to ensure data integrity.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues escalated during off-hours.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to document changes and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours.
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or higher certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
