Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming technical support tickets and service requests.
- Perform routine system diagnostics, hardware maintenance, and software updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate logs of all technical interactions and daily operations.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to resolve escalated issues and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic proficiency with computer hardware, operating systems, and office software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
