Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and hardware repairs (laptops, printers, monitors).
- Monitor system alerts and perform routine maintenance during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and accurate documentation of all support interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical knowledge is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Rotating schedule).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Reliable transportation is required for on-site visits.
