Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate handling of all inventory.
- Perform daily inventory checks and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse conditions.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in processing customer returns and preparing packages for shipping.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
