Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM tools
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call resolution and satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech/retail sector
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a bonus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
