Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the weekend warehouse team.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed.
- Manage inventory counts, stock organization, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Train new hires and provide feedback to ensure team productivity.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we offer training.
