Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and organize inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders with high speed and precision during peak weekends.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts available).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in data or inventory counts.
- High School Diploma: General equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not always required.
