Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently and accurately during peak weekend hours.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as directed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Ensure all quality control standards are met before dispatching orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
