Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse system.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments against paperwork for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one (if required for specific duties).
