Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory: Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing merchandise accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and audit stock levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and proven track record of punctuality.
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with computers and basic data entry is a plus.
