Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks with speed and accuracy.
- Perform daily inventory audits and stock organization to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as required by the shift.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Assist in processing returns and managing waste disposal areas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis location.
- Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (4-day work week).
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and inventory systems.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
