Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory stock levels efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and accurately.
- Ensure the sales floor and storage areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Process transactions and handle point-of-sale operations with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly operational targets.
- Maintain safety standards and comply with all company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to the Portland location.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
