Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products: Efficiently handle inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and documenting inventory changes.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and packing slips accurately.
